Advisory Retainer (Limited Availability) *1 Spot Remaining
For leadership teams requiring reserved access.
This includes:
→ Priority access across planning, discovery, or governance questions
→ Ongoing input and independent perspective
→ Continuity of direction without the full‑time overhead
Minimum Retainer: $6,000 / month + GST/HST
Capacity is limited. Retainers reserve access and are excellent for creating long-term traction.
Workshops & Project‑Based Engagements (By Quote)
For defined initiatives requiring focused expertise and clear scope.
This includes:
→ Workshops, training and coaching initiatives
→ CE curriculum design
→ Software, planning, or governance‑focused projects
Minimum engagement: $2,500 +GST/HST
Ideal for firms ready to act on a specific challenge or opportunity.
Fees reflect scope and preparation, not seat time.
Advisory (Hourly)
For short‑form, expert‑level consultation where depth matters more than duration.
This includes:
→ Targeted reviews and second‑opinion insight
→ Leadership conversations, advisor coaching & train the trainer
→ Interim advisory input on complex planning issues
Advisory rate: $375/hour +GST/HST
Half-day minimum.
